Daiginjo pulido al 40% por una cervecería fundada en 1844 a los pies del monte Sarakura, usando Yamadanishiki cultivado localmente en Itoshima y agua de manantial del macizo de Sarakura. Prensado con el método tradicional fusa-tsuri, ofrece un aroma afrutado refinado y un paladar puro y limpio.
