Este sake genshu daiginjo se produce mediante fermentación a baja temperatura en pequeña cantidad, prensado en una bolsa de sake, y solo las gotas que caen naturalmente se recogen en una botella de vidrio de 18 litros, que luego se almacena a baja temperatura en el refrigerador. Es un sake de degustación. Se entrega con caja de madera.
