Sanko Reishu es un sake de estilo frío de Sankoumasamune en Niimi, Okayama, almacenado a temperatura de hielo desde el prensado para garantizar la frescura. La destilería utiliza agua subterránea del valle de Sanko y arroz Omachi y Yamada Nishiki cultivado bajo contrato, elaborando un sake característicamente seco con un mordiente nítido y limpio.
