Este sake sin procesar se destila cuidadosamente a partir de cebada seleccionada y se almacena en barricas de roble blanco. Se distingue por su espléndida fragancia que recuerda a la vainilla y su textura ligera, con un perfil de sabor más suave y un carácter novedoso. Este shochu de cebada viene en una botella impresa de 600 ml con estilo a 20 grados Celsius. Se puede disfrutar como se prefiera, en las rocas, solo o con agua con gas.
