Junmai ginjo elaborado con Yamadanishiki cultivado en Itoshima, pulido al 55%, producido por un elaborador de Fukuoka que ha cultivado directamente su propio arroz para sake durante más de 150 años. El pulido más fino ofrece un perfil aromático más refinado mientras preserva el rico umami de arroz por el que la cervecería es conocida.
