Producido en el distrito de Nada, en Hyogo, donde el miyamizu, agua dura rica en minerales, ha moldeado el estilo local del sake durante generaciones, este sake porta el carácter seco y limpio asociado al brassage de Nada. El elevado contenido mineral del agua dura favorece una fermentación activa, dando lugar a un sake de sabor firme y directo.
