Izumisuehiro Namachozoshu es un honjozo pulido al 70 %, almacenado sin pasteurizar antes de un solo tratamiento térmico en el embotellado, de Okamura en la prefectura de Gunma. El almacenamiento en frío preserva la frescura mientras el sake se desarrolla en el aire frío de montaña del interior de Gunma.
