Este tokubetsu honjozo se lanza como un genshu de primera prensa, sin diluir, embotellado directamente desde el prensado, capturando la frescura vibrante del sake recién elaborado en Itami, Hyogo. El tratamiento muroka (sin filtración con carbón activado) preserva un carácter más completo y expresivo, con la riqueza natural del genshu sin diluir en primer plano.
