Inspirado en la antigua receta de Hiroemon Takeda, el renombrado Samurái y conocedor de sake japonés, Hiro es elaborado por su propio Toji (maestro cervecero) con arroz especialmente pulido de la llanura de Murakami en la región de Niigata. Hiro Blue es un nuevo sake japonés superpremium que tiende un puente entre la herencia del pasado y la forma en que bebemos hoy.
