Este sake Daiginjo se elabora con cuidado a partir de Yamada Nishiki seleccionado de la prefectura de Hyogo, pulido al 40 %. El sake recién prensado se seleccionó con esmero y se dejó madurar en almacenamiento a baja temperatura.
