Ginjo Nanohananoki es un ginjo pulido al 50 % de Takebayashi Shoten en Hokkaido, nombrado en honor a la novela homónima de Shotaro Shiba sobre el aventurero mercader de Hakodate, Kahee Takadaya. Encargado por la cervecería y producido por un kuraboshi asociado en Iwate, ofrece un carácter fragante, ligero y seco, acorde a las tradiciones de sake costero de Hokkaido.
