Ginjo Chikusui 17 es un sake de grado ginjo embotellado al 17 % de alcohol, siguiendo la filosofia de la linea Chikusui de intensificar la fragancia y el umami mediante una graduacion intencionadamente mas alta. Elaborado con arroz pulido para produccion ginjo en la bodega de Kurume, Fukuoka, tiene un aroma ginjo sutil y un paladar suave y limpio con un caracter moderadamente dulce.
