Procedente de Nada, uno de los distritos productores de sake históricamente más significativos de la prefectura de Hyogo, este sake de grado jozen se almacena sin pasteurizar antes de un único tratamiento térmico en el embotellado, lo que le otorga un carácter más fresco que el sake completamente pasteurizado. La marca Fukumusume se remonta a 1681.
