Fujimasamune es un sake de la prefectura de Shizuoka, una región celebrada por producir sake excepcionalmente limpio y aromático gracias al abundante agua pura que fluye de los Alpes del sur de Japón. Los cerveceros de Shizuoka son conocidos por usar levaduras desarrolladas internamente que producen distintivos aromas de bajo ácido al estilo ginjo incluso en grados de sake estándar.
