Un junmai ginjo elaborado con arroz Sake Komachi de la prefectura de Akita, pulido al 55 %, apto para el brassage de sake. Al envejecer, desarrolla un perfume que nunca cansa y una calidad fresca. Prensado en tanque con una máquina tipo Yabuta. El contenido alcohólico se ajusta alrededor de los 15 grados y, una vez pasteurizado, es más ligero y cortante que el Junmai Daiginjo.
