Un junmai daiginjo elaborado con arroz Sake Komachi, apto para la elaboración de sake en Akita, pulido al 50 %. Al envejecer, desarrolla un perfume que nunca cansa y una calidad fresca y delicada. Prensado en tanque con una máquina tipo Yabuta. El contenido alcohólico se ajusta alrededor de los 15 grados y se comercializa tras una única pasteurización sin filtración con carbón.
