Fu-Ki es un sake junmai elaborado con arroz cultivado al sol y agua pura de pozo japonés, fermentado de manera natural sin adición de alcohol destilado. Los aromas de manzana verde, vainilla, melocotón y flores blancas dan paso a un paladar rico, suave y ligeramente dulce, con un final cálido. Su nombre significa rico y noble.
