Este daiginjo genshu de Kyouhimeshuzo, galardonado en el concurso nacional de presentación de nuevos sake, se elabora con 100 % de Yamada Nishiki construido a mano. Al prensar la moromi, no se aplica presión adicional: las gotas caen naturalmente de una bolsa de sake suspendida, capturando la esencia más pura en cantidad muy limitada para la exhibición.
