Hattan Nishiki, Hiroshimas repräsentativer sake-Reis, bekannt für ausgewogenes Aroma, geringe Fehltöne und charakteristisches, sauberes, kräuterartiges Aroma, ist die Grundlage dieses tokusen ginjo von Uesugishuzo. Die Brauerei gewann bei den Nationalen Neuen Sake-Wettbewerben 2000, 2001 und 2002 Gold. In der Hiroshima-Weichwassertradition gebraut, die eine sanfte, abgerundete Gärung fördert.
