Ginjo Nanohananoki ist ein auf 50 % polierter ginjo von Takebayashi Shoten in Hokkaido, benannt nach dem gleichnamigen Roman von Shotaro Shiba über den abenteuerlustigen Hakodate-Kaufmann Kahee Takadaya. Im Auftrag der Brauerei von einer Partner-Kuraboshi in Iwate produziert, liefert er einen duftenden, leichten und trockenen Charakter, der den Küsten-sake-Traditionen Hokkaidos entspricht.
