Aus Nada, einem der historisch bedeutendsten Sake-Produktionsbezirke in der Präfektur Hyogo, wird dieser Sake der Jozen-Stufe unpasteurisiert gelagert, bevor er beim Abfüllen einmalig erhitzt wird, was ihm einen frischeren Charakter verleiht als vollständig pasteurisierter Sake. Die Marke Fukumusume geht auf das Jahr 1681 zurück.
