Ebisugao ist der Flaggschiff-sake der 1916 gegründeten Funaki Shuzou in Matsusaka, Präfektur Mie. Sein Name bedeutet 'Gesicht des Ebisu', dem Gott des Glücks und des Wohlstands. Mit lokalem Ureshino-Reis, der einzig für die Präfektur Mie ist, gebraut, drückt er einen warmen, einladenden Charakter aus, so vertraut und herzlich wie die lächelnde Gottheit, die er ehrt.
