Dieser Daiginjo Genshu der Kyouhimeshuzo, ausgezeichnet beim nationalen Wettbewerb für neue Sake-Präsentation, wird aus 100 % handgebautem Yamada Nishiki hergestellt. Beim Auspressen der moromi wird kein übermäßiger Druck angewendet: Die Tropfen fallen natürlich aus einem aufgehängten Sake-Beutel und fangen so die reinste Essenz in sehr begrenzter Menge für die Ausstellung ein.
