I found this in the sake section of my local liquor store and picked it up out of curiosity since I had never seen it before. I chilled it thoroughly in the fridge and gave it a try.
The mouthfeel was smooth, and it had a rich flavor that spread nicely in my mouth.
Honestly, I was surprised by the quality—it’s on par with the junmai sake sold in Japan.
