Instead of changing the manufacturing methods from the founding, we have refused excessive modernization and mass production by protecting sake brewing with the motto of the traditional taste and quality first, and the old -fashioned way of making good sake brewing. It is supported as a brewery of Junmai sake, and it is still the same as "making things".
