Nakazawa Sake Brewery was founded in Bunsei 8 (1825).
While living in Shoya around Matsuda, he used As much rice from Kanagawa Prefecture to work hard on sake brewing.
At that time, he went in and out of the Okubo family as a merchant of the Odawara clan, and donated alcohol.
The name of this "Matsumi Ro" is
"Matsu" is a pine trees along the Sakan River, which flows beside the warehouse.
"Beauty" is a beautiful scenery of Matsuda -cho and this sake
"Rooster" represents the shape of a sake pot and means alcohol in one letter
In this way, it has been handed down for generations.
Matsumi Rooso (Matsumidori) is made from carefully selected high -quality sake rice and the clean underwater water of the Tanzawa system.
Even now, it starts with the old -fashioned koji, and we are particular about the full amount to the top tank by the shift.
Matsumi Ro Roosu's sake brewing starts by polishing carefully selected sake rice one by one.
Because it is a sake brewing that is particular about Junmai sake and raw sake, we examine the ingredients, try to make honest sake brewing, "do not struggle," and spend time carefully.
