From the brewery
Surrounded by Yamato Sanzan, it is the only sake brewery in Imai -cho, where the townscape of the Edo period remains.
The name of the building is called "Jobonjiya", and it remains in the document that he had already run the brewing industry in 1772 (1772). Even so, we have been working hard every day to keep the traditional traditions, keep careful sake brewing, and further brew "umashi sake".
