Yoro (Yoro -cho, Gifu Prefecture), which has the famous "Yoro no Falls" in Takako's legend of sake, has been known as a famous water village for a long time.
The sake that is blessed with the clear soft water of the Yoroyama system is finished in a softened water that does not get tired of drinking soft water.
Developed from manufacturing facilities, challenged reproducible technological innovation, takes time and effort to saccharification, and is evaluated as "taste", "delicious sake", ideally "dignified". We aim to further improve quality in search of a certain sake.
